The LERC’s Local Day Schools are powerful events that offer workers across Washington State the opportunity to come together with others in their community, in person, for learning, skill building, and building connections across the labor movement. These schools are conducted with local partners, including Central Labor Councils, local unions, and other community organizations. The LERC works with these partners to design skill building classes, and to bring in guest speakers and facilitators.
